We recommend spraying some water on the Travel Yoga Mat the first few times as the mats develops its grip.

Yes, you can wash the Travel Yoga Mat in the washing machine or under the shower in cold water. Hang it to dry after washing away from the sun. It takes a day or two to dry.

Does the Travel Mat Yoga Mat have cushioning?

The Travel Mat is approx 1.5 mm in thickness which provides enough cushioning for practising yoga on the go.Β It is designed to be thin so that it is lightweight and foldable.

Yes, you can use the Travel Yoga Mat to practise yoga outdoors. We recommend finding a surface that is even.Β
