Refund policy

Faulty Items

Full refund will be processed within a 30 day timeframe of receiving the item. Please  provide pictures of faulty items to hello@mikkoa.com with order number. 

 

Change of Mind

Within 30 days of receiving the item. For change of mind returns the item will need to be in unused condition with packaging intact. Full to partial refund will be provided based on the condition of the item. 

If you would like to proceed with a return or exchange, please email a request with your original order number in the subject line to hello@mikkoa.com

The item will need to be returned to our Australia or United Kingdom warehouse with postage paid by the buyer.

You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit and therefore we advise you insure your parcel. Mikkoa will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.
